Board of Directors Meeting Minutes /May 28, 2008

The Board of Directors meeting for Clubhouse Village was held on May 28 2008, located at the Clubhouse, Garden Room. Directors present were Father Pappas, Harry Unglaub, John Kranz and Jim Zernzach. Director absent were Dick Ryan. Dixie Cory, CAM represented management.

Father Papas called the meeting to order at 3:00 PM and stated a quorum was established with four board members present.

Father Papas stated he would turn the meeting over to Ms Cory on the item of parking policies. Ms. Cory stated according to the documents and rules and regulations every owner has an assigned parking space where they are to park. Owners may park in another owner’s space if they have written approval from that owner. A copy of written approval should be given to Management Company for their file.

Discussion was made on the dead tree at building two. The tree will be removed with care given to the paving project and closeness of the tree to the building.

Mr. Unglaub first and Mr. Kranz so moved to adjourn, the meeting adjourned at 3:34 PM.
