Board Meeting Minutes November 17, 2010 The meeting of the board of directors for Clubhouse Village was held on November 17, 2010 at 3:00 PM at the Clubhouse. Directors in attendance were Bill Scott, Harry Unglaub and Rev. George Pappas. Jim Zernzach and Dick Ryan were absent. Dixie Cory, CAM represented management.
Review and act on Proposed 2011 budget:
Motion was made by Harry Unglaub and seconded by Bill Scott to approve
the 2011 proposed budget as presented with a quarterly assessment of
$1,010.00; the motion carried.
Ms. Cory stated the association has a hurricane deductable of 5%
of the assessed value of the association and the owners may have a
special assessment in the event of a hurricane.
Question and comments from members:
Discussion was made on the cost for the propane for the
BBQ grill at the pool and the
members agreed to contribute to the cost when they used it.
Adjournment:
Motion by Bill Scott and seconded by Harry Unglaub to adjourn, the
meeting adjourned at 3:10 P.M.
