All Cross Creek Wedding Packages Include the Following

·         An Exclusive Menu Selected by you and Prepared by our Executive Chef

·         Exclusively Priced Meal Service for Children & Vendors

·         Linens are available and may be provided. Cross Creek: basic colors are included in your room rental fee. These linens including all Dining Tables, Place Cards,  Gifts, and Wedding Cake/Desserts Tables

·         Professional Assistance in Decorating, Linen Selections, Floor Plans and Place Card Table Arrangement

The following Packages are divided amongst three Wedding Trends:                                                         

Traditional Sit-Down (SD), Catered Buffet (CB) and Cocktail Style (CS) Reception

The entrées & hors d’oeuvres have been specially selected and recommended by our Executive Chef, but you are encouraged to meet with our Chef and tailor the menus to your own preferences.

Traditional Sit Down Wedding (Limited to 125 Guests)

Dinner will immediately follow the First Cocktail Hour of the Event.

Package SD-1 $29 per Guest   Select two (2) entrees from the following list:

~Chicken Marsala sautéed in Red Wine Demi-glace with Mushrooms

~Chicken Francaise in Parmesan Egg Batter, sautéed, topped with Lemon Beurre Blanc

~Chicken Primavera sautéed in Vegetable Primavera Sauce, over Pasta

~Chicken Florentine stuffed with Spinach in Parmesan and Bacon Cream Sauce

~Beef Tenderloin Cutlets with Bourbon Demi-glace

~Center Cut Pork Chop grilled, served on Demi-glace Cream Sauce

This modern style service should satisfy desires with more than one hour of hors d’oeuvre presentation as guests arrive, along with a Buffet following the First Cocktail Hour of the Event.  The Cocktail Style Wedding is designed to cater to all appetites, allowing guests to migrate and mingle, celebrating your Joyous Occasion!
